Oxyfuckintocin!

It’s one of the easiest hormones to supplement, just like Vit D3, you can take it orally, spray or whatever. Like any mother knows.
But we so often forget about it. Robert Sapolsky in Behave talks a lot about it. The role it had even in wolves to becoming dogs… it’s just 1 gene that pushes more oxytocin secretion.

Just like oxytocin improves trust in an organization, if you supplement with it, you can improve your own trustfulness! Something that we all lack in our dog eat dog stress world.

I love this graphic! It just shows how Love is truly the answer. But somehow, we kind of forget about the easy stuff. Just like with oxytocin. Serotonin is notoriously hard to be boosted, that’s why we have so many grumpy people on the streets, there is so much research on it. But we forget about the easy one :) Oxytocin!

Smiles, hugs & sex! :) Smiles lead to hugs, skin to skin secretes oxytocin, hugs lead to sex and bucketloads of nice hormones, endorphins, and other good stuff :)
